Before joining The 680 Group, Thiot Ball spent thirteen years as a special education teacher, an experience that honed her patience, creativity, and problem-solving skills. With a Bachelor of Science in Education from Presbyterian College, she now applies that same compassionate, helpful approach to the financial world.

Thiot specializes in client technology support, bookkeeping, and compliance, making complex systems feel approachable and easy to understand. She is dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable and in control, whether she is walking them through a program over the phone or sitting with them one-on-one. Thiot’s personal philosophy is that while it's never too late to start preparing for your future, it's certainly never too early.

Outside the office, Thiot loves to express her creativity through knitting, sewing, and building Lego kits. She also enjoys creating traditions and new memories with her husband, daughter, and their beagle, Bogey, by visiting a different amusement park each year.
