Since 2007, Jana Burke has worked alongside Cosmo, providing clients with a level of attention, warmth, and service that can’t be taught. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Jana’s early career as a flight attendant is where she mastered her unique ability to make people feel at ease.

As Director of Client Services, she brings that same calm and care to her role every day. Whether she’s answering questions, solving problems, or simply offering a reassuring voice, Jana is known for her ability to comfort, serve, and genuinely connect with others. She’s spent years building lasting relationships with clients, providing a steady hand and a heartfelt approach.
