Longevity Conference Insights and AI Health

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending a five-day longevity conference in Boston. It was a fascinating event teeming with vendors offering longevity products and featuring presentations from medical doctors and practitioners who have pioneered groundbreaking processes to enhance our health span. Esteemed institutions like the Wyss Institute of Genetics at Harvard, David Sinclair from Harvard Medical School, and even a notable doctor from Florida who has made significant strides in treating autoimmune diseases, potentially impacting conditions like Alzheimer’s, ALS, and Parkinson’s, were all represented.

Thanks to my association with Abundance 360 and other longevity organizations, I am regularly updated with cutting-edge information on these topics. This morning, Laura and I decided to do something
quite interesting—we uploaded our latest lab results and supplement lists to an artificial intelligence platform. The feedback we received was enlightening; it assessed whether we were on the right track with our supplements and suggested modifications. The results were impressive, and I wholeheartedly recommend this approach. I’d be delighted to discuss it further with you. While my primary focus is helping people manage their finances so they never run out of money during their lifetime, I also care deeply about the well-being of my friends.
